Editorial Reviews
Murder at a high school seems like a perfect plot for a movie and imagine the accolades if you show that the killer is still loose and wants to kill all the actors too! Well the kids at Crippen High School had it so bad that many classmate were murdered years back. Now empty and abandoned, the school is the scene of a film based on the real life events. But the moment the movie starts shooting, people being dying. The police arrive on the scene to find one person alive, the film's writer. They must solve the puzzle to see what happened and if the real murderer had a 2nd helping of blood.
Overall: Funny film that is making fun of itself at all times. It may sound like "Scream 3" -- perhaps to the letter -- but this film was made in 1987. Hell, it even has George Clooney in his 1st film role as an actor portraying a cop. And Police Officer Tyler who always seems a little bit too excited by the gore, is none other than Maureen McCormick - she played Marcia Brady in the TV series!! You may recognize a few others like Marvin McIntyre who plays special effects whiz Robbie Rice - he was in "Running Man" and also Alex Rocco - he played Moe Greene in "The Godfather." Film is slightly amusing with a "April's Fool's" twist to it. Definitely not as good as "April Fool's" but still interesting and amusing.
